Research & Planning - Cruising For A Bruising!

I wanted to practise in creating fake bruises for the survivors as they have been travelling to different places for over 500 days, they are bound to get some cuts and bruises along the way.

I used Vaseline to make the make-up apply easily, it also gave the 'Bruise' a shiny look too.

Used my Kohl eye-shadows black, purple & brown to create the healing bruise

My different shades of lipsticks for the newly appearing bruise.

I applied the purple eye-shadow first with a hint of black to give it that shadow effect, then I added some brown eye-shadow to give the bruise that nasty brown ring that usually appears on a healing bruise.

I applied a pink shade of lipstick to create a newly appearing bruise along with some purple eye-shadow.

I applied the same shades onto my cheeks as if I just got hit in the face.
