Research & Planning - Eye Say!

For my film poster I plan on taking a photograph of a models (Friend or myself) eye, after applying zombie make-up and fake blood around. Then I am going to Photoshop the eyes pupil and give it a fade white colour and apply some veins around the pupil.

I will be taking an extreme close up of the eye so that audiences can see the goriness and will understand the film titles plot-line 'Infection' after looking at the infected eye.

During the Christmas Holidays I will be working at my part time job a lot, so I will not have a lot of time to plan my marketing products, but, I finish the Christmas temp job on the 29th December, so I will immediately get cracking on my film poster and plan my magazine front cover.

Research & Planning - Prop Poster

Here is one of my Quarantine Zone poster I designed using Photoshop. I am going to print come copies off and apply fake blood and rip the poster as if the zombies have attacked it.

I am planning on creating a couple of 'Quarantine Zone' posters for the infected areas. I will be downloading a font from the website DaFont to have that stencil affect for the text.

And I will also be using a Bio-hazard sign to create my own on Photoshop.

Research & Planning - Weather Forecasts

We were planning on filming in Hyde & Denton this Thursday, so far the weather forecast says there will be some sun and also rain. During the time we will be filming we may have some sun, but the weather forecast could change at anytime, so we will keep on checking nearer the time if it will rain or not.

This week:-

• Depending on the weather, film a few more scenes for the trailer this Thursday in Hyde & Denton.
• Be Able to Upload the scenes we have filmed so far.
• Finish writing the memorial letters and posters before Thursday.
• Film The Protagonist monologue.
• Bring in the trailers props.
• Plan out when to do the Photoshoot for my magazine cover and film poster with Gemma.
